Went to the zero waste store and filled up my own jars with the usual bulk items like nuts and grains. At checkout the guy just put the full jars straight on the scale without taring anything and charged me for the glass weight too. I ended up paying noticeably more than the product prices suggested. How do you get the scale zeroed with the empty jars first so they only charge for what’s inside?
