Privacy demands from one plot are cutting off the shared drainage ditch we all rely on.
They put up a line of shrubs right where the runoff from the north side flows through. The ditch was dug to handle overflow from the rain barrels and it now backs up against the new planting. I tried shifting the flow with a couple of rocks but the water still pools at the edge.
Not sure if moving the whole line farther out would even work with the slope.
